These Terms of Service govern your use of solvivabrands.com and the services provided by Solviva Brands LLC ("Solviva Brands," "we," "us"). By using our website or submitting a form, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our website, submit a form or opt in to receive text messages from Solviva Brands. By using our services, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
Solviva Brands helps homeowners request roofing quotes and connects each request with one independent local roofing contractor. Contractors are independent businesses, not employees or agents of Solviva Brands. We do not perform roofing work and do not guarantee any contractor's pricing, availability, licensing or workmanship. Any agreement for roofing work is between you and the contractor.
Program: Solviva Brands Notifications.
How to opt in: You can opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the optional SMS consent box on our homeowner quote form or contractor sign-up form. Opting in is not required to use our service.
What we send: If you opt in, Solviva Brands sends its own non-marketing text messages. For homeowners, these are lead confirmations, appointment updates and replies to your questions about your roofing quote request. For contractors who have signed up with us, these are new lead alerts, lead details, billing notices and replies to your questions.
How often: Message frequency varies. Homeowners typically receive 2 to 6 messages per quote request. Contractor message frequency depends on lead volume.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of using our service.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
When you submit our homeowner quote form, you agree that Solviva Brands may share your contact details with one local roofing contractor so they can contact you about your quote.
You agree to provide accurate information and not to submit requests on behalf of someone else without their permission, or to misuse our website.
Our website and services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solviva Brands is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any work performed or not performed by a contractor.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last updated.
