Solviva Brands LLC ("Solviva Brands," "we," "us") operates solvivabrands.com. We help homeowners request roofing quotes and connect them with local roofing contractors. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Homeowners: your name, phone number, email address, property address, and any details you provide about your roofing project.
• Contractors: your name, business name, phone number, email address, and account information you provide when you sign up.
• Automatically: basic technical information such as browser type, pages visited and referring website, collected through cookies and similar tools.

How we use your information

• To respond to your quote request and confirm we received it.
• To connect a homeowner with one local roofing contractor about their quote, as disclosed on our quote form.
• To send the text messages you agreed to receive, such as lead confirmations, appointment updates, lead alerts and replies to your questions.
• To operate, improve and secure our website and services, and to comply with the law.

How we share information

When a homeowner submits our quote form, we share that homeowner's contact details with one local roofing contractor so the contractor can contact them about their quote. We also share information with service providers who help us run our business (such as website hosting, CRM and messaging providers) only as needed to provide their services to us, and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging (SMS) program

How you opt in: You opt in to receive text messages from Solviva Brands by entering your mobile number and checking the optional SMS consent box on our homeowner quote form at get.solvivabrands.com or our contractor sign-up form at get.solvivabrands.com/contractors. Checking the box is not required to submit the form or to use our service.

What we send: Non-marketing messages only. Homeowners receive lead confirmations, appointment updates and replies to questions about their roofing quote request. Contractors receive new lead alerts, lead details, billing notices and replies to their questions.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies. Homeowners typically receive 2 to 6 messages per quote request. Contractor message frequency depends on lead volume.

Costs and opting out: Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages, or reply HELP for help. You can also contact us at [email protected] or +1 (551) 399-7489.

No sharing of SMS consent: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all information sharing described in this policy.
